existing HR system to Visier. Brooke Nyberg, Program Manager of People Analytics at KeHE,

KEY CHALLENGE

As a growing organization with nearly 8,000 employees, KeHE recognized the importance of

people analytics. The company needed a solution that was dynamic, user-friendly, and

“As one of the only full-time people analytics employees in my organization, I manage everything from backend administration to content development. “The scale of moving 8,000 employees’ data while also managing complex file recreations made this a high-stakes project, and nCloud played a crucial role in ensuring it was done accurately,” states Brooke.


From the start, nCloud was proactive in communication, keeping key KeHE stakeholders

informed and engaged. They also structured the migration process effectively, ensuring the

company stayed on track while addressing potential roadblocks.

“Their expertise in HR data migrations provided valuable insights—especially during data auditing. Whenever I needed guidance on best practices, their answers were clear, actionable, and always led to successful outcomes,” continues Brooke.

“The nCloud consultants meticulously ensured that the new file structures aligned with our old system, preventing data mismatches and preserving historical records. Given how much we rely on historical data, ensuring accuracy was critical—and nCloud made sure we got it right,” states Brooke. “Instead of rushing through the process, they emphasized the importance of data accuracy, which led to a successful migration.”

RESULTS

Before Visier, KeHE relied on a Tableau-based analytics tool that was static, difficult to update,

and lacked customization. Now, operations leaders regularly use Visier to analyze data, identify

trends, and make informed decisions.


“The ability to easily break down headcount and other workforce metrics has been a game-

changer,” states Brooke. “Visier has streamlined our hiring process by enabling talent

acquisition teams to track labor planning and headcount needs and has also reduced the

manual data wrangling that was previously required of our people analytics and finance teams.”


In addition, company leadership has embraced Visier as a key decision-making tool, referencing

it in meetings to support strategic planning and labor strategy discussions.

“Now it’s much easier to pull reports, visualize insights, and provide data-backed narratives,” states Brooke. “Even at this early stage, we estimate that implementing Visier has saved our team at least 25% of our time. Additionally, data usage among HR VPs and operations leaders has nearly doubled. Previously, we had around a 25% adoption rate with our old system, and now, usage rates range from 50% to 80%, depending on the timing and needs of each group.”
