What led you to implement Visier as an organization?
As a growing company with 8,000 employees, we recognized the importance of people

Before Visier, we relied on a Tableau-based analytics tool that was static, difficult to update, and lacked customization. Now, our operations leaders regularly use Visier to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. For example, Visier has streamlined the hiring process by enabling our talent acquisition teams to track labor planning and headcount needs and has also reduced the manual data wrangling that was previously required of our people analytics and finance teams.
Have you seen any measurable impact or ROI yet?
Visier has saved our team significant time—it’s much easier to pull reports, visualize insights, and provide data-backed narratives. Even at this early stage, we estimate that implementing Visier has saved our team at least 25% of our time. Additionally, data usage among HR VPs and operations leaders has nearly doubled. Previously, we had around a 25% adoption rate with our old system, and now, usage rates range from 50% to 80%, depending on the timing and needs of each group. The customization options make it a more engaging and valuable tool for our teams.

Leadership has embraced Visier as a key decision-making tool. They frequently reference it in meetings to support strategic planning and labor strategy discussions. Their ability to easily break down headcount and other workforce metrics has been a game-changer.
