Visier Implementation Consultant
To support our continued momentum and our valued customers, nCloud Integrators is currently seeking a Visier Functional Implementation Consultant to join our growing professional services team. Within this critical customer-facing role, you will work directly with external customers and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop the functional solutions for a successful deployment of Visier's People Analytics and Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, project management, and a proven track record of successful software implementation projects.

Craft solutions for our customer's business problems.

Use consulting skills to maintain B2B customer relationships, gather their requirements and set expectations accordingly.

Translate implementation project information clearly and professionally to external customers.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Visier implementation projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Translate implementation project information clearly and professionally to external customers.

Collaborate with internal team members and key stakeholders, applying functional leadership and expertise to ensure customer needs are met.

Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, customer documentation, configuration notes, and training materials.

Proactively handle multiple projects simultaneously, while applying creative solutions and problem-solving to achieve results in a timely manner.
What you’ll bring to the table…

Functional knowledge and at least 2 years of experience with the Visier platform.

Consulting skills to maintain B2B customer relationships, gather requirements and set expectations accordingly.

Excellent demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, which may include working with business intelligence, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, MS Power BI), building reports or dashboards.

Experience in database management systems and data set integrations is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think about complex problems and come up with creative solutions.

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders in parallel with competing levels of priority.

Comfortable learning and working autonomously making the most out of the resources at your disposal.

Ability to work remotely and be a collaborative team player that builds positive relationships with other team members.
